KIVI magazine

The Finnish Gem Hobbyists' Society publishes the magazine KIVI (stone), in Finnish language. The magazine is published since 1983. Members of the Society receive the magazine free of charge.

The format of the magazine is A5-size, contains 44 pages, printed on quality paper, 4-colour printing, four issues per year - in winter, spring, late summer and late autumn.

The magazine features articles by experts on gems and semi-precious stones, on gem cutting and jewelry design, on works by professionals and amateurs. It includes information on current gem and mineral collectors' events, excursions, fairs and exhibitions, and also on other stone clubs in Finland.

 

Under the link Kivi-lehti, in the Finnish language pages of this website, you may find a list of the main articles written in the magazine, by publication year. Currently the articles published during the years 2006-2000 have been listed, and the earlier years will be gradually included.
